Welcome to Windsor Castle Inn. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Reservations & Booking

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
• Advance payment or valid credit card details may be required to guarantee your booking
• Room rates are quoted per night and are subject to applicable taxes
• The hotel reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice
• Group bookings (5+ rooms) may have different terms and conditions

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00:00 PM onwards
• Check-out Time: 12:00:00 PM (Noon)
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo ID and address proof are mandatory at check-in as per Indian law
• Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in
• Local ID holders may require additional documentation as per government regulations

3. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or UPI
• Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged
• All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST
• Additional charges (minibar, room service, etc.) will be billed separately
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay cards

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect other guests and maintain peaceful conduct
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas; designated smoking zones are available
• Pets are not allowed without prior approval from management
• Visitors must register at the front desk and follow hotel policies
• Illegal activities, including possession of contraband, are strictly prohibited
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate accommodation without refund for policy violations

6. Liability & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay
• The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings; use in-room safes
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance for comprehensive coverage
• The hotel's liability is limited to direct damages and the amount of the booking

7. Force Majeure

Windsor Castle Inn shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

8. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under 5 years stay free when using existing bedding
• Extra bed requests are subject to availability and additional charges
• Maximum occupancy per room varies by room type

10. Modifications

Windsor Castle Inn reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
