Standard Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Period

Cancellation made 48 hours or more before check-in:

  • 100% refund of the booking amount
  • No cancellation charges apply
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days

Partial Refund Period

Cancellation made 24-48 hours before check-in:

  • 50% refund of the booking amount
  • 50% cancellation charges apply
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days

No Refund Period

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before check-in or No-Show:

  • No refund provided
  • 100% of booking amount forfeited
  • Full charges apply for no-shows

Special Bookings & Events

Peak Season / Festival Periods

  • Bookings during Diwali, New Year, Christmas, and other major festivals require 72 hours advance cancellation for full refund
  • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable
  • Peak season dates will be clearly communicated at the time of booking

Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)

  • Require 7 days advance notice for free cancellation
  • Cancellations within 7 days: 25% of total booking amount forfeited
  • Custom terms may apply for large group bookings

Non-Refundable Rate Plans

  • Special discounted rates may be non-refundable
  • Terms clearly stated at time of booking
  • No refunds or modifications allowed

Modification Policy

  • Booking modifications (dates, room type) are subject to availability
  • Modifications made 48+ hours before check-in: Free of charge (if available)
  • Modifications within 48 hours may incur charges based on rate difference
  • Contact us directly for modification requests

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, charges for the remaining nights may apply unless prior arrangements are made with management. We recommend informing the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days from cancellation confirmation
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for booking
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
  • Confirmation: Email notification sent once refund is processed

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, medical emergencies, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer:

  • Flexible rebooking options
  • Credit vouchers valid for 12 months
  • Consideration of full or partial refunds on case-by-case basis

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through third-party websites (OTAs) are subject to their respective cancellation policies. Please contact the booking platform directly for cancellations. We recommend booking directly through our website or phone for the most flexible terms and best rates.
